Any incurred toll agency fees are passed along to you. There is a usage fee for all toll incurred on California toll roads, including, but not limited to, roadways operated by The Toll Roads, Bay Area Toll Authority, South Bay Expressway, CA FasTrak Toll Roads and LA Metro. In WA the rate charged is the electronic rate plus $0.25 per toll.
